My sister Pam and her husband Jim host a gathering every
year in August at their place. They invite family and
friends to come and spend a nite (or two); camped out
in their big back yard. There is a clown doing tricks
& handing out balloons to the kids and a big haystack
for the kids to dive into and find all the goodies.
There's also a barbeque; along with potluck dishes we bring
AND the big horseshoe tournament. Awards are given
to the winners of the horseshoes. We have a lot of fun
and look forward to it every year!
